Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of CO2 laser combined with trephination on pain and aesthetics of patients with caesarean section scar.Method:A total of 86 patients who underwent scar repair after cesarean section in the 73rd Group Military Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group and the scientific research group by coin flipping method.43 patients in the reference group underwent scar repair by CO2 laser.The 43 patients in the scientific research group underwent scar repair by CO2 laser combined with trephination.The effect of scar repair[Vancouver scar assessment scale(VSS)],pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and aesthetics[observer scar assessment scale(OSAS)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of scar repair in the scientific research group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VSS score of the scientific research group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).OSAS scores in the scientific research group were significantly higher than those in the reference group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the VAS score of both groups decreased significantly,and the VAS score of the scientific research group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CO2 laser combined with trephination in patients with cesarean section scar not only helps to improve the repair rate of scar,reduce pain,but also improves aesthetics.关键词
