Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection combined with Adenosine Cyclophosphate Injection on elderly patients with chronic heart failure(heart failure),and to provide a favorable reference for future clinical treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 184 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Shuangqiao Hospital,Chaoyang District,Beijing from June 2019 to June 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=92)was treated with Adenosine Cyclophosphate Injection,and the observation group(n=92)was treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection on the basis of this.The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions,cardiac function,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),blood creatinine(Scr)and cardiac output(CO)before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.22%,which was higher than 69.57%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),BNP and Scr after treatment were lower than those before treatment,while the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and CO were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEDD,LVESD,BNP and Scr in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of LVEF and CO were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection and Adenosine Cyclophosphate Injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure in elderly patients has a definite effect,can improve the level of cardiac function,BNP,Scr,CO,protect renal function and ensure the safety of treatment are excellent,and the safety is good.关键词
