摘要

Abstract

Heterosis is a key theoretical basis of maize breeding,and through research on heterosis groups and heterosis patterns provide theoretical guidance for the selection of maize varieties and combination methods of hybrids.In order to improve breeding efficiency,the 100 maize germplasm resources were genotyped using a 60K SNP chip.By cluster analysis of genetic distance,the 100 maize inbred lines were divided into three groups,including Reid,Non-Reid and Dom.The results of principal component analysis of genetic similarity were consistent with those of cluster analysis of genetic distance.
