Exploration and Practice of Overseas Vocational Education under the Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract
As an innovative model for the internationalization of vocational education under the"Belt and Road"Initiative,the"Chinese Language Workshop"serves the broader goals of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,pioneers new approaches to exporting vocational education,supports Chinese enterprises in deepening their global presence,and fosters cultural exchange and mutual learning among nations.Currently,the development of"Chinese Language Workshops"faces challenges such as insufficient policy support,structural shortages in qualified teachers,inadequate resource provision,and a lack of proactive participation.Potential solutions include improving transnational policy coordination mechanisms,strengthening the training of"bilingual and double-qualified"teachers,creating a smart education ecosystem,and designing incentive mechanisms for multi-party collaboration.关键词
