困境与蝶变:"逆袭"职校生学业韧性质性研究
Dilemma and Transformation:A Qualitative Study on the Academic Resilience of"Overcoming-the-Odds"Vocational School Students

Abstract
The theory of academic resilience provides an appropriate perspective for explaining the phenomenon of"overcoming-the-odds"vocational school students who"overcome academic challenges and subsequently achieve academic success".Using Kumpfer's resilience theory as the analytical framework,this study selects 13"overcoming-the-odds"vocational school students as samples and employs a qualitative research approach to analyze their academic resilience.The findings reveal that academic setbacks,a demoralizing vocational school environment,and peer pressure are the stressors contributing to the formation of their academic resilience.Family emotional support,peer academic support,and online learning resource support are external protective factors,while individual cognitive ability,and mental motivation initiative are internal protective factors.Based on these findings,it is proposed that enhancing the cognitive abilities of vocational school students,stimulating their emotional motivation,and establishing a positive external support system to fully leverage individual agency and mobilize the positive roles of internal and external protective factors are effective pathways for vocational school students to cope with academic adversity and achieve academic success.关键词
