教育强国建设背景下新型职教师资培养体系构建与实践
Construction and Practice of a New Training System for Vocational Education Teachers Against the Backdrop of Building a Powerful Education Country

Abstract
Against the backdrop of building a powerful education country,the new type of vocational education teachers is a new goal proposed for the training of vocational education teachers based on the construction of"double-qualified"teachers.It emphasizes multiple collaborations,the integration of industry and education,the equal importance of knowledge and practice,digital empowerment,and an international perspective.Based on theoretical perspectives such as humanism,constructivism and situated cognition,a new training system for vocational education teachers is constructed from the conceptual level,curriculum level,teaching level,informationization level,management level and evaluation level.This system,through practical explorations such as deepening educational and teaching reforms,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation,enhancing the construction of the teaching faculty,promoting management system reforms,and establishing an academic research support platform,embodies characteristics such as a clear positioning of talent cultivation goals,the construction of a"three-certificate"certification system,the exploration of a"three-in-one integration"training paths,and the creation of a"four-element collaboration"educational ecosystem.关键词
