Abstract

Objective:To investigate the kinetics of Corydalis Rhizoma extract passing through macroporous adsorbent resin,analyze the adsorption pattern,and select a suitable model for simulating the adsorption process.Methods:The kinetics of the adsorption process was simulated by the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model with dehydrocorydaline as the measurement index.A fixed-bed adsorption test was carried out and the integrated rate model was used to simulate the adsorption kinetics.Results:The Langmuir model effectively simulated the isothermal adsorption process of Corydalis Rhizoma extract in macroporous adsorbent resin at 298-308 K.The integrated rate model accurately simulated the fixed-bed adsorption process of the extract by minimizing the mean square error(MSE)between the penetration curve and the simulated value by the least squares fitting method.Conclusion:The penetration curve analysis of Corydalis Rhizoma extract passing through the macroporous adsorbent resin column helps to infer the mass transfer coefficient in adsorption,providing a basis for the production,separation,and purification of Corydalis Rhizoma extract.
