Abstract

Objective:Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to establish a fingerprint of Zhike Taohua Powder and determine the content of volatile components to evaluate the quality of volatile components in Zhike Taohua Powder,providing a basis for evaluating the quality of volatile components in Zhike Taohua Powder and improving the preparation.Method:The analysis was performed on an HP-5MS capillary column,taking helium as the carrier gas at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 with a 25:1 split ratio and a 1.0 μL injection volume.The detector was a mass spectrometer with a detector temperature of 250℃and an inlet temperature of 250℃.The column temperature procedure was as follows:initial temperature at 82 ℃(held for 20 min),increased at 10℃·min-1 to 205 ℃(held for 7 min),then ramped at 20 ℃·min-1 to 250 ℃ without holding.Results:There were sixteen common peaks and eleven core peaks,with similarities of more than 0.99.The concentration ranges of isoborneol,L-borneol,menthol,and muscone were 1.073 0-21.460 0,0.998 0-19.960 0,0.069 5-1.390 0,0.017 0-0.340 0 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),respectively,with good linear relationships.Conclusion:The proposed method for determining volatile components in Zhike Taohua Powder is easy to implement with high sensitivity and reliable results,providing a reference for the quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.
