超高效液相色谱法测定小儿感冒颗粒9个有效成分含量
Content Determination of Nine Active Components in Xiao'er Ganmao Granules by UHPLC

Abstract
Objective:To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC)method for simultaneous content determination of gortrin,syringin,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,p-hydroxyacetophenone,isovitexin,phillyrin and linarin in Xiaoʹer Ganmao Granules.Methods:UHPLC was adopted to simultaneously determine the content of the nine components in Xiaoʹer Ganmao Granules.By employing Agilent C18(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm)as the chromatographic column and acetonitrile-water containing 0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase,gradient elution set as utilized with the flow rate of 0.2 mL·min-1.Meanwhile,the column temperature was 27℃and the detection wavelength was 220 nm,The quantification was achieved by external standard calibration.Results:Nine components showed sound linear relationships within their ranges(r>0.999),with an average recovery of 96.8%-99.0%with RSD of 0.59%-1.34%.Conclusion:The method is efficient,accurate,reasonable and scientific,and can be adopted to evaluate the quality of Xiao'er Ganmao Granules.关键词
