穴位按摩结合全胸振荡排痰机在中风病气管切开患者中的临床应用
Clinical application study of acupoint massage combined with whole chest oscil-latory sputum discharge machine in patients with tracheotomy for stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with whole chest oscillation sputum removal machine in patients with tracheotomy for stroke.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 92 stroke patients who underwent tracheotomy in our hospital.They were divided into three groups according to treatment methods:sputum removal group(n=31),acupoint massage group(n=30),and the combination group(n=31).Clinical indicators,blood gas indicators,respiratory function,and sputum re-moval were observed and compared among the three groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate,respiration,mean arterial pressure,arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SPO2),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP),and maximum expiratory pressure(MEP)among the three groups of patients(P＞0.05);After treatment,the heart rate,respiration rate,mean arterial pressure index,sputum viscosity grading,extubation time,24-hour sputum suction frequency,sputum volume,and the time re-quired for sputum reduction without scabs in the combination group were all lower than those in the sputum re-moval unit and acupoint massage group.FVC,MIP,MEP index was higher than those in the sputum removal u-nit and acupoint massage group,and PaO2,PaCO2,SPO2 were all better than those in the sputum removal unit and acupoint massage group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with full chest oscillation sputum removal machine can effectively improve clinical indicators,optimize blood gas status,enhance respirato-ry function,and promote sputum removal in patients with tracheotomy for stroke.关键词
