Clinical comprehensive evaluation for off-label medication of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion complicated with antiphospholipid syndrome

Abstract
Objective To establish a comprehensive clinical evaluation method for off-label medication of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion complicated with antiphos-pholipid syndrome and to provide theoretical basis for appropriate LMWH for such patients.Methods Using liter-ature review,Delphi method,expert consultation method,and analytic hierarchy process,a comprehensive clini-cal evaluation method for LMWH off-label medication in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion compli-cated with antiphospholipid syndrome was established.Based on the weight of the indicators,the four commonly used LMWH were calculated by the clinical comprehensive evaluation.Results The study constructed a clinical comprehensive evaluation index system for LMWH,which evaluated the off-label medication in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion complicated with antiphospholipid syndrome of LMWH from five dimensions:ef-fectiveness,safety,economy,suitability and accessibility.The highest total score was for Enoxaparin Sodium in-jection,and the lowest score was for Bemiparin Sodium injection.Conclusion For the indications of recurrent spontaneous abortion complicated with antiphospholipid syndrome,the clinical comprehensive value of Enoxapa-rin Sodium injection is higher than that of other types of LMWH.关键词
