探讨居家隔离的疫情防控措施对健康人群尿酸的影响

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of epidemic prevention and control measures of home isolation during COVID-19 in Chongqing on uric acid in healthy populations.Methods Through screening on the big data platform of our hospital,a total of 2 473 cases aged 18~83(39.35±10.36)years old were retrospectively ana-lyzed for those who received health examinations in the physical examination center of our hospital in February 2022(before home isolation)and February 2023(after home isolation).The changes of metabolic indexes be-fore and after home isolation,the differences in the growth rate of metabolic indexes by gender and age,and the risk factors of increased serum uric acid were compared.Results In this study,69.8%(1 726/2 473)of fe-males and 30.2%(747/2 473)males were included.Before and after the epidemic prevention and control,body mass index(BMI),body weight(weight),hip circumference(HC),blood pressure-systolic blood pres-sure(SBP),blood pressure-diastolic blood pressure(DBP),pulse(pulse),total cholesterol(TC),triglycer-ides(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),fasting blood glucose(Glu),blood uric acid(UA),lymphocytes(LYMPH),monocytes(MON),red blood cells(RBC),platelets(PLT),there were significant differences in the changes(P<0.05).The growth rates of BMI,TC,LDL,UA,neutro-phils(NEU),hemoglobin(HGB)and PLT in the male group were significantly lower than those in the female group(P<0.05).Among them,the BMI,TC,TG,LDL,HGB and PLT of the male group aged 18-44 years were significantly lower than those of the female group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the elevation of BMI,TC,TG,and HGB was a risk factor for the increase of UA.Conclusion The home isolation control measures may be associated with increasing blood uric acid in healthy population.关键词
