脂质代谢异常在复发性流产中的作用及其干预机制
Research progress on the correlation between lipid metabolism and recurrent spontaneous abortion
摘要
Abstract
Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)represents a significant and prevalent pregnancy complica-tion characterized by a multifaceted and heterogeneous etiology.Despite extensive research,the underlying mechanisms and strategies for prevention and management of RSA remain inadequately addressed,presenting considerable challenges in clinical practice.Recent studies have increasingly implicated that the pathogenesis of RSA is related to lipid metabolism dysregulation,RSA patients frequently exhibit abnormalities in lipoprotein and lipid metabolism.Besides their anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory effects,aspirin and low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH)have also been shown to ameliorate lipid metabolism dysregulation in the early prevention and management of RSA.This review aims to elucidate the manifestations and specific mechanisms underlying lipid and lipid metabolite abnormalities associated with RSA,while reviewing the roles of aspirin and LMWH in the prevention and treatment of RSA,and to provide new ideas and feasible strategies for the prevention and treat-ment of RSA.关键词
