Abstract
This article extends the concept of"Waxing and Waning of Yin and Yang"from Huangdi's Internal Classic to elucidate the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)etiology and pathogenesis of small cell lung cancer(SCLC).We explore in this article the mechanism and possibility of waxing of yang and waning of yin to transform small cell lung cancer from a'cold tumor'to a'hot tumor'.The purpose of this study is to clarify that tonifying qi and strengthening the body,detoxifying and eliminating the pathogenic factors are important treatment methods for preventing and treating SCLC,and to look forward to the promising prospects of traditional Chinese medicine in treating SCLC.关键词
