清代新安医家论治风温特色及对甲型流行性感冒防治的启示
Characteristics of Qing Dynasty Xin'an Medical Practitioners in the Treatment of Wind-Warm Diseases and Their Implications for the Prevention and Treatment of Influenza A

Abstract
Xin'an medicine has a long history with many distinguished practitioners emerging over the centuries.In the Qing Dynasty,physicians such as Ye Tianshi,Cheng Wenyu,Wang Zongyi,and Ye Xijun exhibited distinctive characteristics in the treatment of wind-warm diseases.Ye Tianshi systematically summarized the key aspects of the pathogenesis,transmission,and treatment of wind-warm diseases;Cheng Wenyu and Wang Zongyi focused on the internal factors of wind-warm diseases,emphasizing the ingenious use of Wiwei(Asarum forbesii Maxim);Ye Xijun highlighted the importance of the lung and stomach in the progression of wind-warm diseases and advocated for the formulation of light and agile prescriptions,emphasizing the human body's qi mechanism.The scholarly thoughts of these four physicians,focusing on the upper burner,protecting body fluids,emphasizing healthy qi,and the transformation between the lung and stomach along with the human body's qi mechanism,are insightful for the current prevention and treatment of influenza A.关键词
