针刺不同组穴对脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖大鼠机体调节机制的研究
Study on the Regulatory Mechanism of Different Acupoints Combinations Needling in Rats with Spleen Deficiency and Damp Obstruction Type Simple Obesity

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of different acupoints combinations needling,specifically Hou San Li(ST36),Zhong Wan(CV12),Tian Shu(ST25)group versus Feng Long(ST40),San Yin Jiao(SP6),Da Heng(ST28)group,on rats with spleen deficiency and damp obstruction type simple obesity.The study aims to explore changes in body weight,visceral fat,and differential spleen tissue proteins in these rats to provide experimental evidence for early diagnosis,prevention,and treatment of obesity of this type.Methods:Forty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:control,model,acupuncture,and acupuncture control,with ten rats in each group.A high-fat diet was used to establish a model of spleen deficiency and damp obstruction in rats.The rats'macroscopic performance and body weight changes were recorded.Different acupoint acupuncture interventions were administered,visceral fat content was measured,and protein identification was conducted via mass spectrometry to analyze the significance of differential proteins.Results:Two weeks after acupuncture intervention,there was no significant difference in body weight between the acupuncture group and the control group(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference between the acupuncture control group and the control group(P<0.05).After acupuncture intervention,the visceral fat content in both the acupuncture control and acupuncture groups increased compared to the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in visceral fat content between the acupuncture and acupuncture control groups(P>0.05).Comparative analysis of spleen tissue differential proteins between the acupuncture and model groups revealed three downregulated proteins:moesin,protein disulfide isomerase family A member 3(PDIA3),and heat shock protein 60(HSP60).In the group needling Feng Long(ST40),Da Heng(ST28),and San Yin Jiao(SP6),two proteins,PDIA3 and HSP60,were downregulated compared to the model group,while ceruloplasmin(CP)was upregulated.Conclusion:Acupuncture intervention in rats with spleen deficiency and damp obstruction type obesity significantly improves the rats'macroscopic syndromes.关键词
