基于验案探讨针灸辨治意识障碍的临证经验
On the Clinical Experience of Differentiating and Treating Consciousness Disorder with Acupuncture Based on Case Studies

Abstract
Consciousness disorders are common complications of neurological diseases such as cerebrovascular accidents.The management of this disease is long-term and complex,and there is currently no definite and effective method for promoting consciousness recovery.Wen Xi believes that the primary pathogenesis of this condition is internal obstruction of pathogenic factors,blockage of orifices and concealment of spirit,and damage to the marrow sea.Clinical treatment should focus on the marrow,aligning with the physiological characteristic that the brain is the sea of marrow.Acupuncture should aim to regulate the marrow to nourish the brain orifices and expel pathogenic factors to facilitate the flow of qi and blood.Doctor Wen developed the"Regulating Marrow to Promote Awakening"acupuncture method,which has shown effective results.Additionally,in clinical practice,the treatment is often adjusted by combining supplementary acupuncture points and phased treatment to achieve the goals of stimulating meridians,moving qi,and balancing yin and yang.关键词
