黄芪四物汤加味对2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期气阴两虚夹瘀证的疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Modified Huangqi Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Stage Ⅲ Diabetic Nephropathy of Type 2 with Both qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome Accompanied by Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of modified Huangqi Siwu Decoction in treating stage III type 2 diabetic kidney disease(DKD)with Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 106 patients with stage III type 2 DKD diagnosed at Minzu Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(53 cases)and an observation group(53 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine treatment based on T2DM prevention and treatment guidelines,while the observation group received additional treatment with modified Huangqi Siwu Decoction.Both groups were observed for 12 consecutive weeks.Blood glucose,renal function,therapeutic effects,and oxidative stress indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial glucose(2hPG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in both groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),with a more pronounced reduction in the observation group(P<0.05).Similarly,urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio(UACR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and serum creatinine(Scr)levels were significantly reduced in both groups(P<0.05),with greater improvements in the observation group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the observation group was 92.45%(49/53),significantly higher than 77.36%(41/53)in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,serum levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)significantly increased(P<0.05),while malondialdehyde(MDA)levels significantly decreased(P<0.05)in both groups,with superior improvements in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huangqi Siwu Decoction is effective in treating stage III type 2 DKD with Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It can effectively control blood glucose,improve renal function,and alleviate oxidative stress damage.关键词
