健脾补肾方联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对脾肾阳虚型功能性便秘患者的疗效分析
Efficacy Analysis of Jianpi Bushen Formula Combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules in Treating Functional Constipation of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules combined with Jianpi Bushen Formula in treating functional constipation with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:A randomized digital table method was used to divide 82 patients with functional constipation,admitted to Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023,into a conventional group and a combination group,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group received oral Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules,while the combination group was additionally treated with Jianpi Bushen Formula.The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serological indices,anorectal dynamics indices,Patient Assessment of Constipation Symptoms(PAC-SYM)scores,Bowel Function Index(BFI),clinical efficacy,and adverse events were observed in both groups.Results:After treatment,the combination group showed significantly lower TCM syndrome scores,PAC-SYM and BFI scores,somatostatin(SS),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),nitric oxide(NO)levels,and anorectal maximum tolerable volume compared to the conventional group(P<0.01).The combination group had significantly higher motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),substance P(SP)levels,anal resting pressure,anal contraction pressure,and overall treatment efficacy compared to the conventional group(P<0.05,P<0.01).No significant difference was observed in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Jianpi Bushen Formula and Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules can reduce TCM syndrome scores,alleviate constipation symptoms,improve gastrointestinal function,and enhance clinical efficacy,with high safety.关键词
