涤痰汤合桃红四物汤治疗脑卒中后面瘫痰瘀互结型的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Post-Stroke Facial Paralysis of Phlegm-Stasis Binding Type Using Ditan Decoction Combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Ditan Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of post-stroke facial paralysis of phlegm-stasis binding type.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 86 patients with post-stroke facial paralysis of phlegm-stasis binding type admitted to Baoji People's Hospital from April 2020 to July 2023.The patients were divided into two groups based on treatment methods:the control group(44 cases)received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group(42 cases)received Ditan Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in addition to the conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,neurological function,facial nerve function,quality of life scores,facial disability index scores,and vascular repair factor levels were compared between the two groups.Adverse reactions were also observed.Results:The treatment efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and neurological function scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the facial nerve function and quality of life scores were higher(P<0.05).The facial disability index scores and vascular repair factor levels in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).No severe adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:The use of Ditan Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of post-stroke facial paralysis of phlegm-stasis binding type can significantly improve facial nerve function and vascular repair factor levels,reduce facial disability index and TCM syndrome scores,and enhance the quality of life of patients.关键词
