基于免疫微环境失衡探讨中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症的研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Endometriosis Based on Immune Microenvironment Imbalance

Abstract
Endometriosis(EMs)refers to the growth,infiltration,and recurrent bleeding of endometrial tissue(glands and stroma)outside the uterine cavity,leading to secondary chronic pelvic pain,dysmenorrhea,infertility,and ectopic masses.Recent studies have found that an imbalance in the immune microenvironment is central to the pathophysiology of EMs.Dysregulation in immune cells such as T cells,macrophages,and NK cells can promote the development and progression of EMs.Improving the immune microenvironment is a new direction for EMs treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has demonstrated significant efficacy in treating EMs by regulating macrophage homeostasis,enhancing NK cell activity,and correcting imbalances in various T lymphocyte subsets.These regulatory mechanisms are closely related to multiple signaling pathways and cytokines.This study summarizes the literature on the immune imbalance mechanisms in EMs and the role of TCM in restoring immune balance for EMs treatment,aiming to provide new insights into the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.关键词
