乌梅有效成分对2型糖尿病的作用机制及相关研究进展
Mechanisms and Research Progress of Effective Components of Fructus Mume on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by insulin secretion defects and insulin resistance.In traditional Chinese medicine,Fructus Mume is frequently used for the prevention and treatment of T2DM.By searching electronic databases such as PubMed,CNKI,and Wanfang,this review summarizes the effective components and mechanisms of Fructus Mume in preventing and treating T2DM.Fructus Mume is rich in terpenes,organic acids,flavonoids,and cyanogenic compounds.Its effective components,such as ursolic acid,oleanolic acid,kaempferol,and quercetin,have been confirmed to have therapeutic effects on T2DM.The mechanisms of action include scavenging free radicals,inhibiting inflammatory responses to maintain the stability and function of pancreatic β-cells,enhancing glucose uptake and utilization by peripheral tissues,improving insulin resistance,and regulating glucose synthesis.Through its multi-target regulation of glucose metabolism and its safety as a food-medicine homologous product,Fructus Mume has broad application prospects in the prevention and treatment of T2DM.关键词
