Research Progress on the Mechanism of Trichosanthes,Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction on Myocardial Extracellular Matrix Remodeling

Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases are among the leading causes of death worldwide,making the prevention and treatment of these diseases of significant public health importance.Myocardial fibrosis is a common pathological manifestation in the advanced stages of cardiovascular diseases,with excessive deposition of myocardial extracellular matrix being a major cause of myocardial fibrosis.Therefore,preventing and reversing myocardial extracellular matrix remodeling is a critical goal in improving myocardial function and treating cardiovascular diseases.Trichosanthes,Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction,a classic formula in traditional Chinese medicine for treating cardiovascular diseases,demonstrates notable advantages in addressing complex mechanisms of such diseases.Further exploration of its mechanism in improving myocardial extracellular matrix remodeling will contribute to a deeper understanding of Zhang Zhongjing's academic thoughts,provide scientific evidence for the rationality of classic formula combinations,and offer important guidance for clinical practice.关键词
