养阴清肺活血方对气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌放疗后放射性肺损伤的影响
Effects of Yangyin Qingfei Huoxue Formula on Radiation-Induced Lung Injury in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients with Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome After Radiotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Yangyin Qingfei Huoxue Formula on radiation-induced lung injury in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome after radiotherapy,and its effects on serum inflammatory factor levels,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),and tumor markers.Methods:A total of 286 NSCLC patients with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each consisting of 143 patients.The control group received conventional intensity-modulated radiotherapy,while the observation group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei Huoxue Formula in addition to the treatment of the control group for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy and changes in TCM symptom scores,serum inflammatory factors,TGF-β1,and tumor markers were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The observation group had a significantly higher objective response rate of 72.03%(103/143)and disease control rate of 93.71%(134/143)compared to the control group,with an objective response rate of 55.94%(80/143)and disease control rate of 83.92%(120/143)(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant reductions in TCM symptom scores and serum levels of CYFRA21-1,CEA,and significant increases in IL-6,TNF-α,and TGF-β1 levels(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly lower TCM symptom scores and lower levels of CYFRA21-1,CEA,IL-6,TNF-α,and TGF-β1 compared to the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 14.69%(21/143),significantly lower than the control group's 28.67%(41/143)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangyin Qingfei Huoxue Formula has significant clinical effects in treating radiation-induced lung injury in NSCLC patients with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome after radiotherapy.It improves TCM clinical symptoms,reduces inflammatory factors and tumor marker levels,and alleviates adverse reactions.关键词
