尤昭玲教授基于"象思维"治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临证思路
Clinical Thinking of Professor YOU Zhaoling in Treating Ovulation Dysfunction-Related Infertility Based on"Xiang Thinking"
摘要
Abstract
"Xiang thinking"is an important way of thinking in traditional Chinese culture,significantly contributing to the formation,development,and innovation of Chinese medicine.Ovulation dysfunction is one of the most common causes of infertility.Based on the understanding of"Xiang thinking",started from the modern Western medicine research on infertility caused by ovulation disorder,Professor YOU Zhaoling fully utilizes the technique of comparing objects to treat infertility.Professor YOU Zhaoling applies"Xiang thinking"in the diagnosis and treatment of ovulation dysfunction-related infertility by imagery-based analogy.She links the growth and development of follicles with the four seasons in nature,and divides the diagnosis and treatment of ovulatory infertility into five phases:follicular phase,ovulation phase,luteal phase,pregnancy phase,and post-luteal phase.During the follicular phase,follicles develops in response to spring qi;during the ovulation phase,the ovum breaks out of the nest with summer qi and comes out;during the luteal phase,the yin and yang essences are in contact,and the fertilized egg implants in the uterus with the qi of the long summer;during the pregnancy,the mother uses autumn qi to conceive the fetus;in the late luteal phase,the mother store winter qi to facilitate pregnancy.Professor YOU Zhaoling established the sequential therapy of"Xiang thinking"in traditional Chinese medicine for ovulatory infertility,which enables pregnancy and fertility for patients.关键词
