右归丸抗骨质疏松机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Anti-osteoporosis Mechanism of Yougui Pill
摘要
Abstract
Yougui Pill,out of a famous classical formula from the Ming dynasty physician Zhang Jingyue's Jingyue Quanshu·New Formulas of the Eight Armies·Supplementary Army,is used to treat kidney Yang deficiency.It is known for its ability to warm and tonify kidney Yang,replenish essence,and stop spontaneous leakage,and has been widely used in treating diseases such as knee osteoarthritis,ankylosing spondylitis,and ovarian insufficiency.In recent years,increasing evidence suggests that Yougui Pill has therapeutic effects in the treatment of osteoporosis(OP).This paper reviews recent literature and finds that Yougui Pill exerts therapeutic effects in OP through the regulation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,modulation of signaling pathways such as BMP-2/Smad,AMPK/mTOR,Hedgehog,improvement of mitochondrial autophagy levels,regulation of related factors and protein expression,modulation of sex hormones,enhancement of bone biomechanics,antioxidative stress,regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and modulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis.关键词
