针刺治疗中风后失语的研究进展
Research Progress on Acupuncture Treatment for Post-Stroke Aphasia
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke aphasia is one of the common complications and sequelae after a stroke,with a high incidence rate.Acupuncture,as a characteristic therapy in traditional Chinese medicine,has shown good clinical efficacy in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia.This article reviews the research literature from the past five years on acupuncture as the main intervention for post-stroke aphasia,focusing on both clinical and mechanistic aspects.Clinical studies have shown that body acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,tongue acupuncture,and electroacupuncture are widely used,with the best efficacy observed in improving speech scores in aphasia patients.The mechanisms of action may be related to the activation of speech-related brain areas,the repair of brain network connections and fiber bundle integrity,the regulation of brain cell bioelectrical signals,the inhibition of inflammatory cytokine release,and the acceleration of intracranial arterial flow velocity.关键词
