昭通本地自育玉米新品种苗期抗旱性研究
Drought Resistance of New Maize Varieties Reared Locally in Zhaotong at Seedling stage
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The new maize varieties with strong drought resistance at the seedling stage were selected,so as to further improve the support level of the maize industry development in the local mountain dry land and enhance its competitiveness.[Method]Eight new maize va-rieties,Zhaohuang No.10,No.12,No.14,No.16,No.18,No.22,No.26 and No.36,were selected and cultured for 7,14 and 21 days.The plant height,root length and root number were measured and compared respectively.When corn seedlings grew to three leaves,they were subjected to drought stress with 15%PEG-6000 solution.Chlorophyll a/b value,carotenoid content,MAD content and soluble protein content were measured at 1,2 and 3 days,respectively.[Result]The study showed that after drought stress,the chlorophyll content of Zhaohuang 18 showed a continuous downward trend with increasing treatment time,the carotenoid content of Zhaohuang 18 and 36 showed a continuous downward trend with increasing treatment time,the soluble protein content of Zhaohuang 12 and 16 showed a continuous downward trend with increasing treatment time,and the MDA content of Zhaohuang 14 and 16 continued to increase with increasing stress time.These varieties are sensitive to drought stress.[Conclusion]Among the 8 maize varieties,Zhaohuang 22,10,and 26 have the strongest drought resistance during the seedling stage.关键词
