摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To accelerate the breeding of new tillering onion varieties and promote the cultivation and popularization of seedling seeds.[Method]The experiment used tillering onion bulbs and seedling seeds as materials to carry out the research on GA3 induced tillering onion bulbs bolting and seedling seed germination.[Result]The results showed that the tillering onion bulbs soaked with 500 mg/L GA3 for 12 h before planting could be induced bolting.The appropriate mass concentration of GA3 treatment could promote the germination of tillering onion seedlings.The germinating energy,germination rate and germination index of seedlings stored for 1-2 year were improved when soaked in 1 000-1 500 mg/L GA3 for 6 h.[Conclusion]This study determined the appropriate concentration and time of GA3 to promote the bolting and seed germination of tillering onion bulbs,which laid a foundation for the breeding of new varieties and the cultivation and promotion of seedlings.
