客土喷播凤尾蕨孢子相关萌发生长条件的研究
Study on the External-Soil Spray Seeding Environment Condition on Germination and Development of Pteris cretica Spore

Abstract
[Objective]To study the effects of temperature and growing media and supplement on germination and development of Pteris cretica spore,and to effer technical references for the application of mixture-planting of Pteris cretica spore and arbor-shrub-grass in slope protection using the external soil spray seeding.[Method]The effects of temperature condition(10,15,20,25,30℃)on germination of Pteris cretica spore were studied in culture dishes.The influence of Amazing-U Vegamatrix,the broken clay brick pieces,vermiculite,EcoFlex-HP and ceramic par-ticles on germination of Pteris cretica spore were studied at the fixed temperature level.Furthermore Pteris cretica spore adhered to Amazing-U Vegamatrix and brokenclaybrickpiecesfirst,thentheeffectsof MS,1/2MS,compoundand MS+NAA(0.5mg/L)ongerminationanddevelop-ment of Pteris cretica spore were studied.[Result]The results showed that the Pteris cretica spore could germinate at 20,25 and 30℃after 7 days,14 days at 15℃and 21 days at 10℃,the highest germination rate was up to 96%at 20℃.And the germination energy was higher at 25℃after 14 days,it closed to each other at 20,25 and 30℃after 14-21 days,therefore it was favorable for germination and development of P.cretica at 20-30℃.EcoFlex-HP was not adaptive to germinate,the influence of vermiculite and ceramic particles on germination was not sig-nificant,Amazing-U Vegamatrix and broken clay brick pieces were favorable for germination,but with germination and development of Pteris cretica spore,the increasingly deterioration of prothallus was observed by investigating in 42 days after germination.After spraying the additives,there were relatively obvious differences among the treatments in the Amazing-U Vegamatrix.In the end,the sporophytes in the treatment with fertilization had a relatively high growth density.The experimental group with the addition of MS+NAA came second.The experimental groups with the addition of MS and 1/2MS ranked third.There were no obvious sporophytes growing in the control group.There were differences among the treatments of the broken clay brick pieces.As of 62 days after sowing,a relatively large number of young sporophytes grew in the treatment with 1/2MS and fertilization.No sporophytes grew in the control group,and a small number of young sporophytes grew in the other two experi-mental groups.[Conclusion]The application of Pteris cretica spores in slope protection using the external soil spray seeding should be at 20-30℃,too low or too high temperature could decrease germination and development,the Pteris cretica spore adhered to tufeitu and spraying ad-ditive was good for growing of sporophyte,it was good for simulating P.cretica growth on the slope.关键词
