Abstract

The composition,density,and biomass of zooplankton in three integrated culture ponds of Procambarus clarkii and Siniperca chuatsi were investigated in 2022,and conventional water environmental factors were measured,and the correlation between the community changes of zooplankton and the water environmental factors during the breeding period was discussed,so as to accumulate the basic data for the rational u-tilization of zooplankton resources.The investigation results showed a total of 65 species of zooplankton from four phyla were identified,inclu-ding 16 species of protozoa,28 species of rotifers,7 species of cladoceran and 14 species of copepod.The average density of zooplankton was 23 190.0 ind./L,and the average biomass was 8.09 mg/L.The dominant groups were rotifers and protozoa.The zooplankton community was dominated by small zooplankton(especially rotifers),their density and biomass increased with the culture time.The diversity index showed relatively stable characteristics.However,hierarchical clustering and NMDS analysis revealed the community structure of zooplankton in differ-ent months showed significant differences.RDA and variation partitioning results showed that the community structure of zooplankton was mainly influenced by eight kinds of water environmental factors:dissolved oxygen content,pH,Chl a content,CODMn,orthophosphate content,ni-trate nitrogen content,nitrite nitrogen content and electrical conductivity.In addition,the zooplankton community showed significant changes with the completion of green flooding,which changed the breeding environment to a certain extent,thus affecting the zooplankton abundance.
