摘要

Abstract

This study analyzed the root soil nutrient indicators and microbial diversity indicators of the east slope,west slope,south slope,and north slope of Shiqian tea garden,explored the soil nutrient characteristics and microbial community characteristics of the root of the tea tree,and provided theoretical guidance for the management of Shiqian tea production.The results showed that the phenomenon of acidification on the roots of the tea tree(pH:4.26-4.55),of which the acidification of soil south slope was the most serious.The organic matter content of the tea roots at each slope was abundant(organic matter>67.96 g/kg).The content of organic matter,total nitrogen,and alkaline nitrogen in the tea root of the north slope was significantly higher than that of other slopes,quick-efficient potassium content was higher than other slopes.The total phosphorus content of the root soil of east slope tea tree was significantly higher than that of other slopes.The total potassium content of the root soil of the west slope tea tree was significantly higher than that of other slopes.The richness of bacteria from high to low was south slope>west slope>east slope>north slope.The diversity of bacteria from high to low was the north slope>south slope>west slope>east slope,the richness of the fungus from high to low was east slope>south slope>north slope>west slope,and the diversity of fungi from high to low was south slope>north slope>west slope>east slope.At the phylum leve,the dominant bacteria was Proteobacteria,and the dominant fungus was Basidiomycota.At the genus level,the dominant bacteria was Acidothermus,the dominant fungus was Saitozyma.Related analysis showed that there was a corre-lation with the soil nutrient indicators,microorganisms and diversity of the roots of the tea tree.
