低温胁迫下外源褪黑素对红花幼苗生长及生理特性的影响
Effect of Exogenous Melatonin on Growth and Physiological Characters of Carthamus tinctorius L.Under Low Temperature Stress

Abstract
To investigate the effects of melatonin(MT)on growth and physiological characters of Carthamus tinctorius L.under low temperature stress.With Yunhonghua 6 and Yuhonghua 1 as experimental materials,normal temperature blank group(CK1),low temperature blank group(CK2)and different concentrations of MT pretreatment combined with low-temperature stress groups(T1,T2,T3,T4)were set up and various physiological indicators during the same period were measured.Low temperature stress significantly inhibited the nutritional growth of seedlings of both safflower varieties.Fresh weight,dry weight,SPAD value,the activities of SOD and POD were all significantly lower than those of the control at normal temperature,while MDA content,relative conductivity and soluble sugar content were increased compared to the normal tem-perature control.After the application of a certain concentration of MT,the fresh weight and dry weight of safflower seedlings increased signifi-cantly.The SPAD value,the activities of SOD and POD,and soluble sugar content of seedling leaves were significantly increased,and the accu-mulation of MDA in seedlings was significantly inhibited.Exogenous melatonin application can effectively promote the growth of safflower seed-lings under low temperature stress,alleviate the damage caused by low temperature stress to safflower,and improve the cold resistance of seed-lings.In this experiment,the application of 100 μmol/L melatonin had the best effect on safflower seedlings.关键词
