双碳目标下低碳农业的发展策略研究
Research on the Development Strategy of Low Carbon Agriculture Under the Dual Carbon Goal
摘要
Abstract
Developing low-carbon agriculture is an important direction for achieving sustainable agricultural development under the vision of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality",and it is also an inherent requirement of the modernization path of Chinese characteristic new agriculture.From foreign experience,low-carbon agriculture is guided by technology and capital,and its production process presents characteristics of col-laboration and specialization,urgently requiring government policy guidance and guarantee.From domestic experience,Suzhou,Jiangsu has inno-vated the production and operation mode of low-carbon agriculture,and the technology support system it has built has achieved the intelligence,industrialization,and scale of agricultural scientific management and its achievements.Practice has proven that enhancing the ability of rural in-dustrialization management and the level of digital services in agricultural parks,while providing technical,financial,and talent support,is an effective strategy for promoting the development of low-carbon agriculture under the dual carbon goal.关键词
