摘要
Abstract
By summarizing the past,grounding in the present,and envisioning the future,this study systematically reviewed the 50-year evolution and achievements of Yongding River(Beijing section)in flood control infrastructure development,ecological restoration,and operational management.It critically analyzed the current challenges posed by extreme weather events to flood control efforts,the transformation problem from'lucid waters and lush mountains'to'golden mountains and silver mountains'needs to be solved urgently,the challenges of water resource allocation to meet the ecological water demand of Yongding River,the increase of people's hydrophilic demand challenges the planning and operation of ice and water activity venues,and the urgent need for innovation in governance mechanisms.Based on these insights,the study proposed solutions and outlines strategic development directions,including the construction of a"smart watershed"paradigm,the establishment of a model for ecological governance in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the promotion of coordinated management.These efforts aim to transform Yongding River into a flood-resilient,ecologically sustainable,and socially beneficial river,which accelerate the management process of Yongding River system,and provide a solid guarantee for the development of new productivity in Yongding River Basin.关键词
