Abstract
To enhance flood safety resilience in Yongding River Basin,this study evaluated the current status of the flood control engineering system and non-engineering system in the Beijing section of the basin.The effects of flood mitigation and disaster reduction were analyzed,and the"23·7"basin-wide extreme flood was used as a case study to summarize flood response experiences and identify existing challenges.Based on these findings,strategies were proposed to improve flood control and disaster reduction capacity,including the construction of multi-level flood barriers,the development of a smart flood control matrix,and the establishment of a collaborative governance mechanism.The results provide valuable references for post-disaster recovery,reconstruction,and future development of Yongding River Basin.关键词
