Abstract
To evaluate the effectiveness of special high-toughness,impact-and abrasion-resistant resin mortar in the structural repair and protection of spillways,this study combined the numerical simulations and physical model tests with practical engineering applications.Key performance indicators,including tensile strength,flexural strength,compressive strength,and freeze-fracture temperature,were systematically tested.The results showed that the tensile strength of the resin mortar reached 28.1 MPa,the compressive strength reached 89.2 MPa,and the flexural strength reached 39.0 MPa,which was outperforming than conventional epoxy and polymer mortars.The material maintained good flexibility at-34℃ and exhibited strong adhesion to the concrete substrate.Engineering practice in Zhaitang Reservoir spillway confirmed that the resin mortar improved the durability and abrasion resistance of spillway sidewalls and base slabs.These findings contribute to enhancing the structural performance and safety of spillways and other key flood discharge facilities,demonstrating practical application value.关键词
