Abstract

In order to address the challenges of long construction periods,high costs,and uncontrollable quality associated with the disassembly and off-site coating of steel gates for anti-corrosion and rust removal,a closed environmental protection shed was constructed using disk-buckle scaffolding and fireproof canvas combining with a pulse bag dust removal system in front of the gate chamber by forming a dynamic dust control system.Taking the risk elimination and reinforcement project of the Lugouqiao Diversion Hub on Yongding River as a case study,the application of an environmentally friendly in situ anti-corrosion and rust removal technology was investigated.The results indicated that this technology enabled the integrated construction of the entire anti-corrosion and rust removal process for steel gates.The construction quality met the design requirements,the construction period was reduced by 25 days compared to the traditional approach,and costs were lowered by 1.3026 million yuan.The application of this technology ensured the anti-corrosion quality of the gates,achieved a coordinated optimization of economic and ecological benefits,and provided a technical reference for similar projects.
