高温直推存储式测井系统的研发与应用
Development and Application of High Temperature Direct Push Storage Logging System

Abstract
In ultra deep well oil and gas exploration,complex well conditions such as high temperature and high pressure make conventional logging methods face severe challenges.A high temperature direct push storage logging system is developed in this paper.The use of drilling tool direct push construction technology to complete logging construction has solved the measurement problems of complex wells such as well leakage,overflow,and large displacement horizontal wells.Through standardization,digitization,modular circuit design and insulation design techniques,the reliable operation of the measurement circuit in high-temperature environments is ensured,and the specific design of the universal data processing module is provided.The specific design methods of the pressure bearing steel cylinder,circuit components,instrument connection connectors,corrugated tube pressure balance,and battery short section of the instrument are discussed in detail.The bending and buckling theory analysis of the compressive stress of the system instrument string is carried out.Through theoretical calculations,the critical pressure values for sinusoidal buckling of instrument strings with different wellbore sizes are given,which provide strong technical support for risk prevention and control in logging construction.Through performance tests such as high temperature and high pressure,tensile and compressive strength,as well as insulation bottle temperature resistance,and well logging applications in ultra deep oil and gas fields and complex geological structures,it has been proven that the new system can solve the logging problems of ultra deep high temperature and high pressure wells,and could provide strong technical support for deep oil and gas exploration logging.关键词
