老年高血压合并急性脑梗死患者血清Lp-PLA2、Hcy水平与病情、疾病转归的关系
Relationship between serum Lp-PLA2 and Hcy levels and condition,out-comes in elderly patients with hypertension and acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationship between serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and ho-mocysteine(Hcy)levels and condition,outcomes in elderly patients with hypertension and acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 107 elderly patients with hypertension and ACI were selected as the observation group.Meanwhile,100 healthy individuals were selected as the control group.Patients in the observation group were grouped according to the severity and outcome of the disease.The relationship between serum Lp-PLA2,Hcy levels and the severity and outcome of the disease was analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,the levels of Lp-PLA2 and Hcy were higher in the observation group(P＜0.05).The levels of Lp-PLA2 and Hcy in the severe group,the moderate group,and the mild group decreased in order(P＜0.05).The levels of Lp-PLA2 and Hcy in patients with poor outcomes were higher than those in patients with good outcomes(P＜0.05).Serum Lp-PLA2 and Hcy levels were positively corre-lated with the severity and outcome of the disease(P＜0.05).The AUCs of serum Lp-PLA2,Hcy,and their combination for evaluating moderate to severe condition were 0.786,0.861,and 0.916.The AUCs for predicting disease outcomes were 0.767,0.667,and 0.801.Conclusion:Serum Lp-PLA2 and Hcy levels in elderly patients with hypertension and ACI are elevated.The two can well help to eval-uate the patient's condition and predict disease outcome.关键词
