瞬态K型热电偶探针的研制
Development of Transient K-Type Thermocouple Probes

Abstract
A K-type thermocouple probe for testing transient temperature is designed and prepared.A NiCr/Ni-Si metal thermocouple with thickness of 70 μm is used as the sensitive material.A total thickness of about 700 nm of Al2O3 insulation film is deposited on the surface of the strips using reactive magnetron sputtering and a-tomic layer deposition techniques.Two alloy thin strips are overlapped and connected to a homogeneous ther-mocouple wire with a diameter of 0.02 mm.The two alloy thin strips are clamped with wedge-shaped ceramic plates and assembled together with the metal outer shell in a tight fit to form a transient K-type thermocouple probe with certain structural strength.The thermoelectric performance and dynamic characteristics of the probe are measured by the high-temperature static calibration method and the pulse laser method.The results show that the output thermoelectric potential of the probe is stable and has a good linear relationship with tempera-ture,the average Seebeck coefficient is 42 μV/℃,the upper limit of temperature measurement reaches 1 200℃.When the thermocouple performance degrades,it can be restored by grinding the hot end junction to gener-ate a new junction.The average response time of thermocouple probe is 0.264 ms,it is less affected by enternal conditions and has good repeatability.关键词
