推拿治疗膝骨关节炎临床与机制研究的现况与挑战
Current status and challenges of clinical and mechanistic research on Tuina for knee osteoarthritis
摘要
Abstract
The incidence of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)has been increasing year by year,severely affecting the quality of life and mental health of patients.An increasing body of evidence suggests that Tuina is effective in treating KOA.Whether used alone or in combination with other therapies,Tuina therapy demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of KOA.Tuina for KOA not only acts on local joint cartilage and synovium but also impacts various aspects,such as lower limb biomechanics and brain centers.In the future,it is necessary to further improve research design and explore the mechanisms of action of this advantageous therapy in depth.关键词
