Cryogenic System Design and Test for Magneto-biased Superconducting Fault Current Limiter Operating at Substation
摘要
Abstract
Due to the low-temperature operating condition,a magneto-biased superconducting fault current limiter(SF-CL)needs to be equipped with an additional cooling auxiliary system during its grid-connected operation.In this paper,through the theoretical calculation of low-temperature thermodynamics,the overall steady-state heat load distribution in a cryogenic system for the SFCL was analyzed,and the layout of the cryogenic system and the control mode of cryogenic liquid nitrogen were proposed.Then,the SFCL was on-site integrated into a substation.The low-temperature operation and grid-connected test results of the SFCL at the substation show that the cryogenic system has a good self-sustaining operation effect and it can ensure the stable operation of the SFCL.关键词
