摘要

Abstract

In the research on distribution network reconstruction,the steady-state operation of the network is usually op-timized,but different reconstruction schemes may also have an impact on the network reliability under fault conditions.To take into account the economy and reliability of network operation and reduce the negative impact of new energy ac-cess,a dynamic reconstruction model of distribution network is built under fluctuations in the output from distributed generations(DGs)and load.First,for a distribution network with the access of DGs,the heuristic island search method is used,and the minimum path method is combined to solve the reliability indexes.Second,a dynamic network re-construction model is constructed with the minimum comprehensive cost of the network as its objective function,including the switching cost,line loss cost and power outage loss cost.Third,an improved hybrid Aquila optimizer and African vultures optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by simulations of a modified IEEE33-node network.
