摘要

Abstract

As China accelerates the construction of large-scale renewable energy bases,the dedicated transmission projects has become the main way of renewable energy transmission.Formulating a reasonable transmission price is necessary to ensure the transmission of renewable energy in the context of the electricity market.Therefore,the transmission pricing methods are studied considering the multiple uncertainties of renewable energy output and the impacts of electricity market trading mechanisms.Firstly,the multiple uncertainties of renewable energy output are divided into long-term electricity uncertainty and short-term power uncertainty,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to different kinds of uncertainties.Secondly,based on the existing two-part transmission pricing method,an improvement is made to the calculation method of electricity quantity which is used to formulate the transmission price,and in the context of the electricity market,an optimization model of dedicated project transmission price based on the electric power energy and reserve joint clearing is proposed.Finally,the multiple sets of scenario are selected for case analysis.The case analysis results indicate that the proposed method can reflect the actual operation situation of power grids and can better adapt to the uncertain environment of renewable energy.
