CoS/CdS光催化剂的制备及其性能
Preparation and properties of CoS/CdS photocatalysts

Abstract
CoS/CdS heterojunction photocatalysts were constructed by a two-step solvothermal method.The crystal structure,microscopic morphology and photoelectric properties of the samples were determined by XRD,SEM,DRS and electrochemical test.The photocatalytic activity of the sample was investigated by degrading Rhodamine B under visible light irradiation.The results indicated that the CoS/CdS heterojunction materials have significantly better degradation effect on RhB than CoS and CdS.The CoS/CdS sample with a mass ratio of 0.05∶1 showed the best photocatalytic performance,with a degradation efficiency of 97.7%for RhB within 30 min.The CoS/CdS(0.05∶1)heterojunction material maintained good photocatalytic activity after four cycles.关键词
