Simulation Analysis Method of Contact Resistance Considering Characteristics of Rough Contact Surfaces

Abstract
Contact resistance is a critical parameter in low voltage control apparatus.Firstly,based on the collation of the theoretical model of electrical contact,a simulation analysis method of contact resistance considering the characteristics of rough surfaces is proposed.Then,the dependence relationships among the characteristics of the contact area,contact resistance and pressure load are explored.Finally,by comparing the results of contact resistance calculations with those for smooth surfaces,it is confirmed that the contact spots exhibit singular change with the pressure loads,which is the fundamental reason for the nonlinear change of the contact resistance.关键词
