糖类对美国白蛾生长发育及消化酶活性的影响
Effect of carbohydrates feeding on development and digestive enzyme activity of Hyphantria cunea

Abstract
[Objective]The impact of carbohydrates on the growth,development and digestive enzyme activity of Hyphantria cunea(American white moth)was investigated,aiming to provide a scientific foundation for establishing an indoor breeding system.[Method]Strictly quantified artificial feed,supplemented with glucose,trehalose and sucrose at 2%and 4%mass fractions,which was summed up to 6 treatment groups,was fed to the 4th instar larvae of American white moth.During the experiment,the body mass,molting rate,mortality and protein content of larvae,as well as the activities of 3 digestive enzymes(α-amylase,lipase and trypsin)were measured.[Result]Supplementation of 2%glucose exerted certain promoting effect on the growth and development of American white moth larvae.The protein content of larvae supplemented with 2%sucrose started with an uprise and then stabilized along the experiment,while others followed decreasing trends.α-amylase activity in the larvae of all the 6 treatment groups showed increasing trends with the experiment,while the activities of lipase and trypsin were declined in the groups treated with glucose and trehalose at both rates.In the treatment added 4%sucrose,glucose and trehalose activities experinced very subtle declines;while in the treatment added 2%sucrose,trypsin activity followed an uptrend,and lipase activity was firstly decreased and then increased.[Conclusion]Sucrose is the most suitable carbohydrate component for the artificial feed of American white moth in comparison to glucose and trehalose.关键词
