Robust Optimization Method of New Energy Accommodation in Flexible Interconnected Distribution Network Considering Network Reconfiguration

Abstract
With the popularization of renewable energy,the consumption of new energy in the distribution network has become a major problem.Considering the application background of flexible interconnection devices in large cities,in order to improve the accommodation capacity of distribution network,a robust optimization method of new energy accommodation capacity of flexible interconnection distribution network considering network reconfiguation is proposed.Firstly,the principle of soft open point(SOP)and network reconfiguration is analyzed.Secondly,a new energy accommodation capacity model considering SOP and network reconfiguration is established,and the nonlinear model is transformed into a second-order cone programming model by the convex relaxation technology.Then,considering the uncertainty of new energy output,a two-stage robust optimization model is established and solved by the column-and-constraint generation(C&CG)algorithm.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified on the IEEE 33-node system.The results show that the cooperative optimization of SOP and network reconfiguation helps to improve the new energy accommodation capacity of medium voltage distribution network.关键词
