原发性乳腺血管肉瘤合并卵巢血管肉瘤的超声诊断1例并文献复习
Ultrasound in diagnosis of primary breast angiosarcoma complicated with ovarian angiosarcoma in 1 case and literature review

Abstract
Primary breast angiosarcoma(PBA)and ovarian angiosarcoma are rare tumors with high aggressive and metastatic potential,and clinical cases of both tumors at the same time are rare.In order to help clinicians diagnose this disease early,the clinical data and ultrasound manifestations of a patient with PBA confirmed by surgical pathology who was admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University in August 2023 were mainly retrospectively analyzed,and the left ovarian mass was found by transvaginal ultrasound 4 months after surgery.The postoperative pathology showed that the patient had mature cystic teratoma and angiosarcoma.The characteristics of two-dimensional ultrasound images and color Doppler ultrasound images of ovarian angiosarcoma are also mentioned in this article,and summarized in conjunction with the literature.关键词
